  • 500 ml zumo de naranja natural recién exprimido
  • 4 gramos agar agar en polvo

Instructions
 

  • En un cazo pon el zumo y añade el agar agar, con unas varillas mezcla muy bien y deja que el agar agar se empape, durante 1 o 2 minutos.
  • Pon el cazo a fuego moderado, sin dejar de remover con las varillas hasta que llegue a hervir.
  • Deja que hierva muy poco a poco durante 1 o 2 minutos, no dejes de remover.
  • Pasado ese tiempo ya puedes poner la mezcla en los moldes donde quieras hacer la gelatina.
  • Deja enfriar a temperatura ambiente al menos 30 minutos y después al frigorífico, en un par de horas la gelatina estará lista.
