SUGAR-FREE DRIED FRUIT CRUMBLE
Making a sugar-free dried fruit crumble is an idea that can improve many of your recipes, especially those you prepare for breakfast or dessert.
Salty and sweet at the same time, made with nuts and seeds, this crumble is the touch that elevates any basic preparation to the next level.
I’ve tried it in a thousand ways and I never tire of it. I love it with Greek yogurt and berries. I like to mix it with dark chocolate (92%) and add it to my homemade soy custard. It’s also delicious with a good unsweetened soy yogurt and some fresh figs.
A few weeks ago I made an almond panna cotta with homemade almond milk. With this crumble, the result improved a lot. In fact, as a dessert, it moved up many notches on my recipe list. favorites.
If you add this dried fruit crumble to any of your desserts, you will take it to another level.
Lately I have been making milk kefir at home, it is very simple and the benefits of drinking it are much greater than those of the kefir we buy in stores, but this is another story that I will tell you another time.
The important thing now is that I also sometimes combine this crumble with homemade kefir and fresh fruit, and it is delicious.
I don’t know if you remember this sugar-free lemon cream, well, it is the perfect cream to accompany the crumble, as easy as putting the crumble in the base of a bowl, the lemon curd on top and on top a little homemade sugar-free meringue or simply a couple of fresh figs, the result is very special.
There are more ways to eat this crumble, it may surprise you, but it really is a pleasure, pay attention Attention, a coffee (it can be alone or cut with the milk you want, cow’s or vegetable), with a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and a tablespoon of crumble, incredible!
In a dessert, for breakfast, mid-morning or as a snack, this CRUMBLE cannot be compared to anything, there is no cookie that can beat it, and even more so considering that it does not contain cane sugar, honey or syrups.
Making it is as simple as putting all the ingredients in your food processor and pressing the button a few times. Don’t turn it into powder, it should have texture, that’s the beauty of it.
Store your crumble in an airtight glass jar, and enjoy it at your own pace.
Store it in an airtight glass jar and use it up, turn any little bite into something incredible. Do you think I’m exaggerating? I assure you it won’t, it drives me crazy.
If you want to try it, I’ll leave the recipe below. Remember that I used certain nuts, but you can vary them. I change them myself depending on what I have available. That’s the magic of these types of open recipes.
Prepare your own sugar-free nut crumble and store it in your pantry. Use it little by little. I would tell you not to keep it stored for more than a week, but I assure you it won’t last that long.
On the contrary, you’ll probably have to stop yourself from eating it by the spoonful. I have no choice but to do it!

CRUMBLE DE FRUTOS SECOS SIN AZÚCAR
Equipment
- procesador de alimentos
Ingredients
- 0,25 taza almendras tostadas
- 0,25 taza nueces al natural
- 0,25 taza cacahuetes tostados con sal
- 0,25 taza avellanas tostadas
