Mnmmmnmm de mort! Ja que sempre faig dolç hui he fet la quiche. Esta bonissima. Ademes que amb la mateixa base podem fer la quiche com vullguem, com tu has dit aixina que m’encanta. He de dir que no li he posat formatge pero s’ha quedat molt bona. En principi vaig pensar que es quedaria com una tortilleta al forn pero no! S’ha quedat com una quiche. Super!!!

Hola Natalia, como bien dices es ideal preparar esta receta con antelación, con el reposo gana en sabor y es comodísimo. No lo he congelado nunca, porque siempre que lo preparo dura muy poco, jajaja, nunca sobra nada, pero me da la impresión de que se podría congelar sin problema, los ingredientes que lleva lo soportarían seguro.
